It features a high-quality inductive heating driver board with precise temperature control and make the catheter tip quality consistently.

Working process

Insert the mandrel catheter into the heated die or mold, When start RF heat to pre-heat the mold, catheter tip melting and forming. After cooling the mold, remove the mandrel and catheter.
